On Monday, Peter Flynn, Principal at Flynn Battaglia Architects, served as an expert witness in the case regarding the safety, accessibility and performance upgrades to the Chautauqua Institution’s Amphitheater. Peter has over 40 years of professional practice with historic preservation projects and has worked on many National Historic Landmarks in the area including the Richardson Olmsted Complex (Buffalo), Guaranty Building (Buffalo), the Historic Roycroft Campus (East Aurora, NY), and St. Paul’s Cathedral (Buffalo). Peter is also a longtime member of the AIA and the Association for Preservation Technology, the National Trust for Historic Preservation and Co-Chair of Preservation Buffalo Niagara.
