This project provided 47 apartment units of various size, including community space and support offices, within the selected project site. The project utilizes the two late 19th Century masonry buildings that occupy the majority of the site and is supplemented with new construction to achieve the area required for the program. The apartments were designed to comply with the Division of Homes and Community Renewal (DHCR) Standards and Homeless Housing Assistance Program (HHAP). The apartments are be occupied by single-parent families and veterans.
