This project includes residential and commercial development on a vacant site in Batavia NY. Three buildings are included, one was an existing building designed to become an additional location for a local brewery where beer would be brewed, served and a small food service operation would take place. Two new construction buildings will be constructed on the site, a 15,000 square foot one-story commercial building and a 60,000 square foot, five-story residential building with 55 dwelling units and included a first-floor parking garage.  This development site has included coordination between several funding sources as well as a full site design that will create an urban park-like environment. Construction is scheduled to be complete in July 2023.
