After working for 26 years in both the Architectural and Industrial Design Fields, Mr. Carli has earned a reputation for creative design, skillful detailing, and technical practicality.  His varied skills and experience cover a diverse range of programming, design, production, project management, and presentation work.  Examples of Mr. Carli’s work in the field of architectural rendering and model making have been used for projects in this country and abroad.  He has participated in several award-winning design projects, including international competitions. 

Michael E. Lennon, AIA, LEED
Senior Architect/Historic Advisor

In his 32 years of professional experience, Mr. Lennon has been involved in all aspects of architectural practice with particular emphasis on technical coordination and preparation of construction documents.  In recent years, his efforts have been focused on historic preservation projects and facilities management analyses for public and private clients.

Michael J. Meyer, AIA

Mr. Meyer has over thirty years experience in delivering design services to clients on a wide variety of project types.  He has been involved in many aspects of the business including business development, project management, design/technical coordination and construction field administration. His recent duties at Flynn Battaglia Architects include team positions of project manager and project architect.

Nancy Redeye
Designer/Project Manager

Bachelor of  Science, Design and Environmental Analysis: Cornell University

Receiving degrees in both architecture and interior design, Ms. Redeye has developed a unique blend of skills.  She has provided architectural and interior design support for work in the areas of housing, corporate, higher education and historic preservation.  Her sensitivity to both fields enables her to comprehend the complexities inherent in the building and design profession. 

Sarah L. Reid, RA
Project Manager

Master of Business Administration: State University of NY at Buffalo
Bachelor of Architecture: Virginia Polytechnic Institute & State University

Ms. Reid has had a variety of experiences in her 12 years working in the profession.  She participated in all phases of a project from Programming to Construction Administration.  Recently Ms. Reid efforts have been focused on Project Management.   Her project experience includes: Education, Municipal, Commercial, Health Care, Historic Preservation, and Parks and Recreation.  Ms. Reid collaborates with senior architects, while continually using and developing her own design, technical, and management skills. 

Christopher F. Less, AIA, LEED
Project Manager/Designer

Mr. Less is an award-winning architect with over 29 years of experience in a range of project types including Higher Education, Campus Planning, Healthcare and K-12 Education. Working within numerous and diverse client groups has given him the ability to interact in a highly collaboration fashion yielding innovative results. A LEED Accredited architect, Mr. Less has participated in several projects leading to certification and integrates sustainable practices in all works of the firm.

Rhona M. Vogt, RA
Architect

Master of Architecture: State University of NY at Buffalo
BA Biology and Art: Ithaca College

Graduating with a Master of Architecture degree from the University at Buffalo, Ms. Vogt is engaged in the second phase of the architectural education, the internship.  She collaborates with senior architects through the entire architectural design process from pre-design to construction documents.  Her design skills are also utilized in production of presentation materials.

Jennifer Baldwin
Preservation Specialist

MS in Historic Preservation: Columbia University
BFA in Interior Design: Rochester Institute of Technology

Working for architects as well as contractors, Ms. Baldwin has 12 years combined experience in restoration. A new member of Flynn Battaglia Architects, she joins the team after working in New York City on several prestigious projects including the restoration of the Apollo Theater and the Columbia University President's House, as well as new masonry construction at the World Trade Center Transportation Hub. She compliments our team as a preservation specialist with a focus on recording existing conditions, making repair recommendations, and preparing technical reports and drawings. She was a recipient of a Fullbright Scholarship in 2003 to research the preservation of Modern Architecture at the Technical University of Delft, The Netherlands.

Lauren M. Kaufmann
Architectural Technician

Associate of Architectural Technology and Construction: Erie Community College

Graduating with an Associates of Architectural Technology and Construction degree from Erie Community College, Ms. Kaufmann participates in all phases of a project from Predesign to Construction Administration.  Her recent responsibilities at Flynn Battaglia Architects include production of design proposals, presentation materials, and project drawings.

Julia C. Mussari
Architectural Technician

Draftsperson Degree: Steinbeisschule Stuttgart, Germany

Julia Mussari brings international experience to Flynn Battaglia Architects. She eceived her degree in Architectural Drafting from the Steinbeisschule in Stuttgart Germany and has experience with European construction as well as American. Her experience ranges from surveying worksites to computer-aided drawing to designing graphic documents in Photoshop. At Flynn Battaglia Architects Julia is involved in all phases of project documentation. Starting from conceptual design, Julia generates computer drawings and fabricates 3-D models that are utilized for presentations and client meetings. Whether it is for architectural projects or office publications, Julia's skills with AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, Revit, and Photoshop are valued in the office.
