Buffalo State College Facilities Master Plan

The Facilities Master Plan provides a comprehensive plan to identify site and facility enhancements needed over the next ten years in support of the College's academic mission and strategic vision. Flynn Battaglia is developing an integrated plan for addressing current and future program needs, critical maintenance issues, site and infrastructure concerns, opportunities for greater space efficiency, and prospects to strengthen the Buffalo State College Campus as a place which supports student development both within and outside the classroom. Through strategies such as rehabilitation, modernization, conversion, expansion, limited demolition and new construction, the Facilities Master Plan provides a realistic strategy for addressing Campus needs. The criteria, guidelines and recommendations within the Facilities Master Plan will make this document a tool for guiding physical change and investment at the College in the coming decade.
