Planning

The commitment of private or public resources to a community infrastructure is a significant decision. Flynn Battaglia has developed services which assist clients in community visioning and consensus building ranging from community designs and master plans to development analyses, historic surveys and national register forms. Some of the key tasks accomplished in these studies include developing community consensus and design guidelines and determining site uses.  Comparing alternate sites, and developing an approach to project construction feasibility are important client concerns. Documenting case studies of similar projects, studying alternatives and reviewing regulatory concerns assists in avoiding difficulties and often leads to significantly improved community life.
